It’s spooky season, so a few reminders are in order to prepare you for all the festivities!

1. Layer up! It’s getting dreadfully chilly outside, especially when the sun goes down. Be sure to layer up to keep yourself and your littles nice and toasty.
2. Bring a light source! Glow sticks, flash lights, light up shoes…the list goes on! You definitely don’t want to send go out without some kind of light source. Reflective gear will also help, as the people driving around the neighborhood can see you. Fun Tip (not Fun Dip): if your kiddo uses those cute little pumpkins, put a glow stick in the bottom of it and the whole pumpkin will glow! This makes for a fun and VERY VISIBLE trick or treating experience!
3. Candy Check! Always be sure to check the candy and charge the appropriate “candy tax”. Of course, the tax is optional.

Trick or treating is fun for the kiddos, whether it’s passing out the candy or going door to door to get it. Either way, have a FUN and SAFE Halloween!
