The kids are out of school, you’re about to go on vacation (or at least use your vacation days), and now all you need are some ideas to help get you through the heat of summer. Well, kick back, relax, and look over this little checklist of things to-do for the summer.

Things to buy at the store:
- Snacks
- Drinks (pre-made or to make)
- Paper plates (if you don’t want to do dishes)
- Water balloons
- Sunblock
- Books
- Craft supplies
- Movies (if you don’t stream)
- Board games
- Yard games
Things to do outside:
- Water balloon fight
- Play fun yard games (giant Jenga, horse shoes, etc.)
- Outdoor movie night
- Backyard picnic/campings
Things to do inside:
- Hide & seek
- Board games
- Movies
- Quiet time with a book
- Learn with fun crafts
- Cook with the family
If you end up going somewhere for vacation, be sure to look up things to do in the area. There are copious amounts of activities that can be done this summer. It just takes a bit of planning. Whatever you decide, be safe & have fun!
