Keep your page up to date and relevant. If you notice a pattern or strategy rising in popularity and it aligns with your messaging, then it’s a great idea to capitalize on it to drive engagement. You do need to be wary not to hop on every trend and only ones that make sense for your page.

According to Housing Wire, Millennials primarily are motivated to move because of market affordability and strong job prospects. They also move to cities that already have a significant population of other millennials. For some cities like Madison, Wisconsin, they are experiencing that 75% of the people moving to their city are millennials.
