Bank of England Mortgage corporate office donated $25,000 to Open Arms Shelter in Lonoke, Arkansas! Open Arms does amazing work for children in the foster program and we’re so proud to be able to help them. This is our home and has been since 1898 and like all of us who’ve been so fortunate, we have a responsibility to help others in need said Brad Canada.
Beginning in 1986 Open Arms shelter began providing emergency safe housing for Arkansas’ children who have been abused and/or neglected. Ranging in age from birth to 18. Through the years, thousands of children have come from all areas of the state, but the majority of the children are from Central Arkansas. In addition to a room, the children receive three home cooked meals per day, snacks, and around-the-clock supervision by a highly experienced, and caring staff.
